Mahmut Savaş has experience in the construction business and real estate law, gained as the deputy general manager/chief legal counsel of a construction company affiliated with the Greater Municipality of Istanbul, which delt with housing projects covering 30,000 residences around Istanbul. Mr. Savaş also chairs the litigation department of ASC Law and plays an important role in the development and management of the firm's associates.

Zeki Çalışkan served as a legal counsel for two Mayors of the Greater Municipality of Istanbul, focused on alternative dispute resolution including amicable settlement of administrative disputes. The strong leadership skills he acquired while working in the mayors' offices enable him to provide guidance in developing new proposals and projects. Moreover, Mr. Çalışkan has worked as a legal consultant to several market leading industrial companies.

Okan Beygo, an accomplished attorney with years of experience in the corporate arena, complements the ASC Law by providing clients with expertise in myriad areas of banking & finance law. Mr. Beygo has served as legal counsel for Citibank A.Ş. and T. Garanti Bankası A.Ş. and is well versed in banking law, capital markets law, mergers and acquisitions, finance, securities and private equity issues.
