Individual Experience:
Mahmut Savaş was admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association in 1993 and after a time in private practice career served as in-house Legal Consultant to Istanbul Natural Gas Company.

Mr. Savaş is one of the founding partners of ASC Law Office; Mr. Savas advises Greater Municipality of Istanbul on housing project finance, and recently closed an asset sale deal valued at USD 45,000,000. 

Mahmut Savaş currently carries out a wide range of project and financial work including project finance, loan facilities, commercial and corporate work.  Mr. Savaş advised Cıngıllıoğlu Holding and Süzer Holding on banking law issues relating to the Banking Regulatory and Supervisory Agency’s take-over of Demirbank A.Ş. and Kentbank A.Ş., respectively.

Mr. Savaş has lead the ASC litigation team since 2001 and also supervises the team advising foreign clients with respect to extraterritorial debt collection, enforcement of foreign judgments, and administrative law disputes.
