Academic Experience:
Mr. Aksu participated as Lecturer in the subjects of Human Resources Management and Introduction to Law at the Marmara University together with the Institute of Social Studies and Research Scholar at the University of Istanbul, the Business Management School between 1990 and 2002.
Individual Experience:
Mr. Aksu’s practice consists of years of experience representing corporations in all types of finance transactions including project finance and trade finance, secured loans, private and public debt restructuring, acquisition finance.
Prior to establishment of ASC Law Office in 2001 Mr. Aksu was the General Coordinator of Kalyon Group and Deputy GM of Kalpeks External Trade Joint Stock Comp. Mr. Aksu has also advised Demirören Energy Group as Consulting Manager and Kalyon Plastik A.Ş. as Istanbul Region Coordinator.
Apart from his legal interests, Mr. Aksu is a Board Member and Vice President of Beşiktaş Jimnastik Klubü and is also a Board Member of Turkish Football Federation. Mr. Aksu has also acted as a Board Member of the Turkish Football Federation External Affairs Commission, the Turkish Skiing Federation and the Turkish Boxing Federation External Affairs Commission between 1990 and 2004.
