Elif Tolunay is a lawyer specialised in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law and commercial contracts. She joined ASC Law in 2025 as a Senior Associate. Elif has advised on corporate and commercial matters and led M&A projects in regulated sectors, particularly pharmaceuticals, healthcare technologies and mining. From the begining of her career, she took part in numerous high-value cross-border transactions involving multinational companies and foreign investors.
