Zeynep Yılmaz joined ASC Law in 2022. She is a member of firm’s consultancy team, under which the firm’s Commercial, Corporate, M&A and Capital Markets practices are found.
Zeynep’s practice focuses on domestic, and cross-border M&A projects, involving parties from a variety of business sectors, while also providing services to the firm’s clients regarding their corporate and commercial law related issues.
